    和農(nóng)牧業(yè)集團(tuán)成立于2005年。是以飼料生產(chǎn)、種畜禽繁育、糧食收購(gòu)、對(duì)外貿(mào)易為主的畜牧業(yè)集團(tuán)企業(yè)。目前擁有四平和農(nóng)、四平久億久、長(zhǎng)春和農(nóng)、綏化和農(nóng)等七個(gè)分（子）公司，年飼料生產(chǎn)能力60萬(wàn)噸。在短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，和農(nóng)牧業(yè)集團(tuán)帶動(dòng)了數(shù)千名經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商和數(shù)萬(wàn)多養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)走上致富的道路。

    飼料市場(chǎng)主要分布于吉林、遼寧、黑龍江、內(nèi)蒙、河北等省份。集團(tuán)集中80%以上的資源配置到豬料研發(fā)上，創(chuàng)立了以“和農(nóng)牧乳豬奶料”和“D系列豬用配合飼料”為核心產(chǎn)品的858營(yíng)銷(xiāo)模式。公司將現(xiàn)代化管理制度與特色的企業(yè)文化相結(jié)合。擁有一支管理、研發(fā)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)及生產(chǎn)、后勤保障人才隊(duì)伍組成的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有員工400余人，其中博士學(xué)位3人，碩士研究生10人，大中專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷占50％以上。
